Search your restaurant. We read the newest Google reviews and show which dishes guests mention, love, or criticise. This is review talk, not sales data.
Counts are dish mentions in the recent Google reviews we read, not sales, profit, or how often a dish is ordered.
Leave your email for the full dish table, the praise vs complaint quadrant, guest quotes, a one-page PDF, and your free first briefing.
We use your email to send the first guest report and product updates. Privacy and Terms.

Classic menu engineering sorts dishes into stars, plowhorses, puzzles, and dogs using sales volume and profit. Stars sell and earn. Plowhorses sell but earn less. Puzzles earn well but sell less. Dogs do neither. Most owners lack clean sales data, so the grid stays empty.
This tool does not see your till. It counts how often a dish is named in recent Google reviews, and whether those reviews are mostly positive. Treat high mention plus high praise like a star signal, and high mention plus criticism like a plowhorse you should look at. It is guest voice, not a P&L.
Stars: mentioned often and mostly loved. Plowhorses: mentioned often but mixed or criticised. Puzzles: rarely mentioned yet loved when they are. Dogs: rarely mentioned and not loved. Use the quotes to hear the actual complaint or praise before you change a recipe or a price.
It is not a diner-facing best dishes page, not a sales forecast, and not allergen or health advice. We never invent a dish that is not in the reviews or the menu list you pasted.
Menu engineering is a way to sort dishes by how popular they are and how much they earn, usually into stars, plowhorses, puzzles, and dogs. This free tool adds a guest-voice layer: which dishes come up in Google reviews, and whether those mentions are praise or complaints.
