1. About VectorTilt

VectorTilt is a community-aware content moderation platform developed by individual founders, not yet through a registered company. Our service helps community managers and moderators build context-aware moderation systems that learn from human decisions over time. The product is currently in early access and is provided free of charge during this period.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vectortilt.com, signing up for early access, or using any VectorTilt service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

By submitting your email and joining the VectorTilt waitlist, you agree to these Terms and certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. VectorTilt is strictly restricted to adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover an underage user has joined the waitlist, we will immediately terminate their access and delete their data.

3. Early Access Program

VectorTilt is currently in early access. This means:

• The product is free to use during the early access period
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice
• We may experience downtime or technical issues
• We do not guarantee uptime or availability during early access
• Early access may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time
• Pricing and terms may change when the product moves out of early access and we will notify you in advance

4. Your Account and Access

To use VectorTilt you must provide accurate information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VectorTilt only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use VectorTilt to moderate content in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce VectorTilt's technology or methodology
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform
• Use VectorTilt to build a competing product using our methods or data
• Share your early access credentials with others without our permission
• Misrepresent your identity or community when signing up
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to VectorTilt for moderation, including community posts, comments, and moderation decisions. By submitting content, you grant VectorTilt a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the moderation service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your community's specific content or moderation decisions to train models for other customers. Your community's data stays yours.

7. Our Intellectual Property

VectorTilt and all associated technology, methodology, design, copy, and content on vectortilt.com are the exclusive property of VectorTilt. This includes but is not limited to:

• The community-aware moderation methodology and feedback loop mechanism
• The review queue with memory architecture
• All website content, copy, design, and graphics
• The VectorTilt name, logo, and brand identity
• Research, documentation, and product specifications

8. Confidentiality

As an early access user you may have access to features, roadmap information, or product details that are not yet public. You agree to keep this information confidential and not to share it publicly or with competitors without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VectorTilt is provided as is during the early access period. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our moderation system will catch all harmful content or that it will never produce false positives. Human judgment and oversight remain essential.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorTilt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, which during the free early access period is zero.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VectorTilt harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VectorTilt at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or for any operational reason during the early access period. You may also terminate your use at any time by contacting us to request account deletion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. We will notify active early access users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of VectorTilt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
