About VectorTilt

VectorTilt is a restaurant guest-insights product operated by ZenStudy Technologies FZCO, Technohub 1, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. We send a weekly briefing from guest reviews and comments, and we offer a free Google review link tool.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing vectortilt.com, signing up, subscribing, or using any VectorTilt service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

By submitting your email for a free guest report or subscribing, you agree to these Terms and certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age. VectorTilt is strictly restricted to adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover an underage user has signed up, we will immediately terminate their access and delete their data.

Free first report and subscription

Your first guest report is free and does not need a card. After that, the weekly briefing is a paid subscription at $9.99 a month per location. Each location is a separate subscription. You only pay if you choose to subscribe from the link in one of our emails.

Price, tax and payment

The price is the amount shown at checkout. Prices don't include tax; we'll update these terms before adding any. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy.

Renewal and cancellation

Your subscription renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time with the Manage billing link in your weekly briefing or subscription confirmation email, which opens the Stripe customer portal. If a link has expired, the page lets you request a new one, or you can contact us. When you cancel, the subscription stops at the end of the month you already paid for and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If you ask within 14 days of your first charge, we will refund that first charge. Contact us using the details below. Later monthly charges are not refunded, but you can cancel any time so you are not charged again.

Your account and access

To use VectorTilt you must provide accurate information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use VectorTilt only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the review-link tool for a business you are not allowed to represent
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce VectorTilt's technology or methodology
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from our platform
• Use VectorTilt to build a competing product using our methods or data
• Misrepresent your identity or restaurant when signing up
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

Your content

You retain ownership of the restaurant details, emails, and messages you submit to VectorTilt. By submitting that information, you grant VectorTilt a limited license to process it solely to provide the guest report, the weekly briefing, and the review-link tool.

We do not claim ownership of your content. Your restaurant's data stays yours.

Our intellectual property

VectorTilt and all associated technology, methodology, design, copy, and content on vectortilt.com are the exclusive property of VectorTilt. This includes but is not limited to:

• All website content, copy, design, and graphics
• The VectorTilt name, logo, and brand identity
• Research, documentation, and product specifications

Confidentiality

As a user you may have access to features, roadmap information, or product details that are not yet public. You agree to keep this information confidential and not to share it publicly or with competitors without our permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

VectorTilt is provided as is. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that a guest report will include every review or comment, and we do not guarantee any change in your ratings or reviews.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorTilt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VectorTilt harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VectorTilt at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. If we stop the service for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will cancel your subscription so you are not charged again. You may also cancel your subscription at any time and contact us to request account deletion.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of VectorTilt after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
