- Your platform (Discord, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) and community size
- Your biggest moderation challenge as described in the signup form
- Any feedback, messages, or responses you send us via email or direct message

- Basic website analytics including pages visited, time on page, and referral source
- Browser type and device type for compatibility purposes
- IP address for security and fraud prevention
3. How We Use Your Information
- To contact you about early access and send occasional product updates
- To improve VectorTilt based on how people use the product

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Cloudflare infrastructure which provides enterprise-grade security. Access to your data is limited to the core VectorTilt team only.
As an early access product, we are continuously improving our security practices. If you have specific security requirements, please reach out before signing up.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active early access user or on our mailing list. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained for research and product improvement purposes.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate VectorTilt:
- Cloudflare: hosting, security, and infrastructure
- Chickadee: page analytics
- PostHog: signup event tracking
